We started BMS Capital as brothers with complementary skill sets and a shared belief that real estate is built through discipline, hard work, and execution. Growing up in the Midwest shaped our work ethic and long-term mindset. Brady built his career leading ground-up residential and commercial construction projects, including small-scale multifamily developments, while Brett spent several years in New York working in institutional banking at JPMorgan Chase and building a residential real estate portfolio alongside Brady. Together, we combine hands-on construction experience with practical financial judgment to acquire, develop, and operate single-family and small-to-mid-size multifamily properties, with a focus on long-term ownership, thoughtful growth, and durable value creation.
